Brad Zhu joining Ray White Sunnybank Hills has been able to provide more experience to his already long history of being a property manager. Brad started his real estate career in 2015 as an on site manager for a large townhouse complex, this experience has given him a head start in managing a large portfolio at our office. 

Brad enjoys working with the diverse community and helping them enjoy being a tenant or landlord to the fullest. He understands that owning an investment home is sometimes very stressful but with his customer service, negotiation skills and his knowledge of property management he aims to make your experience as stress free as possible.
